1. Support is non-existent, by the time you get through on chat support, you've wasted valuable time, and if you call, their "4 minute" hold can easily be an hour or more.

2. Like this time I went to the airport.... (maximum characters reached) Wait one more thing, what ads? Theres no ads I'm aware of.Still a great app and option in the independent contractors toolbox.

3. Would be nice to be able to select offers from multiple senders at same time especially if they are routing to the same area.

4. I'd appreciate the ability to be able to see if there are available gigs from a browser, so I don't have to constantly look at my phone when at my PC.

5. They want you to go 80 miles for $23.49. There's a handful of orders that have long distance trips for very low rates.👎The longer I have utilized this app as a gig, the worse it gets.

6. IMy biggest problem is app freezing while working deliveries, mostly during pick up when trying to take pics using in app camera feature.

1. Fix Roadie Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Roadie Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Roadie Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Roadie Driver" » Open Roadie Driver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Roadie Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Roadie Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Roadie Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Roadie Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Roadie Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Roadie Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Roadie Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Roadie Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Roadie Driver not working

2. Fix Roadie Driver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Roadie Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Roadie Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Roadie Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
