Why should I report an Issue with Contact Photo Sync?

The manual mode unfortunately does not work at all because there is no option to "share" a WhatsApp contact to this app like it claims (it appears that WhatsApp removed this feature in a previous update and this app has not created a work-around for the current version).The app is great, the thing it lacks is that when half of the process is complete and broke in between it should not restart from 1st unless we ask him to do, otherwise it should continue from where it left.

2. Approx 300 contacts.Was great for two weeks (paid for pro) but then latest WhatsApp update broke app, dev was super quick to release update and respond.

3. Yes you can only do 30 contacts FOR FREE, if you want full automatic service then you need to pay about £4.50 OR the app allows you to manually trigger the import of photos for specific contacts rather than automatically to them all which is still great.

4. I'm in 2 minds wether to pay for it or not, I'd like a feature that shows the WhatsApp picture beforehand and allows me to select which contacts to update and which to leave.

8. EDITED REVIEW The automatic mode works pretty well, however it limits you to only 30 profile pictures to sync for free (after that you have to pay for the "Pro" version or watch ads to earn more.

9. I'm not sure if it's meant to allow be to do more than 30 manually or not, but I have a couple of thousand customer contacts in my 2nd Google account and photos would be useful for many of them.

10. Would love to see an option for a small list of favourites to "auto update" or a scedule to set for middle of night.Used to work beautifully.

1. Fix Contact Photo Sync Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Contact Photo Sync: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Contact Photo Sync App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Contact Photo Sync" » Open Contact Photo Sync » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Contact Photo Sync » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Contact Photo Sync app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Contact Photo Sync servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Contact Photo Sync" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Contact Photo Sync app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Contact Photo Sync might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Contact Photo Sync. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Contact Photo Sync then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Contact Photo Sync not working

2. Fix Contact Photo Sync Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Contact Photo Sync be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Contact Photo Sync not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Contact Photo Sync may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
