Why should I report an Issue with RightNow Media?

1. Also when you hit the back button after looking at a listing, there is a pop up that says "Sorry, we couldn't find that".Great content but watching videos can be a pain, with buffering every 30 seconds if your WiFi connection isn't that great.

2. Update...... I was able to complete one series but now the app "has unfortunately stopped" occurs within seconds of selecting a video from any series.I love this app!! I would give 5 stars but my one complaint is that you only allow 20 downloads.

3. When searching for new content if you click on a video to read more about it when you click back out you lose your place and have to start all over again.

4. I like to keep sessions downloaded to listen to more than once and only allowing 20 makes that very difficult if I want to try a new one.Not great as a "just listening" platform.

5. Oh it works in 1 of the browsers I've tried, Duckduckgo, Firefox, Ghostery, Naked, Dolphin, and the native Samsung browser.

6. Its sad because the content looks to be great.When you 1st install and register the app it works.

7. I don't have data on my phone to stream when I'm away from home where I use wifi and I use this app to listen to sessions when I'm at work and I work 12+ hours and can listen to quite a bit in that time.

8. I've reinstalled multiple times, and tried it on two different Pixel 4 phones.

1. Fix RightNow Media Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RightNow Media: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RightNow Media App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RightNow Media" » Open RightNow Media » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RightNow Media » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RightNow Media app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RightNow Media servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RightNow Media" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RightNow Media app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RightNow Media might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RightNow Media. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RightNow Media then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RightNow Media not working

2. Fix RightNow Media Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RightNow Media be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RightNow Media not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RightNow Media may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
