(From 16th September, 2020) 3) Follow notifications are a huge spam, the follower presses on the follow button only once and the notification shows up multiple times Kindly fix these bugs asap 🙏A suggesion While watching video we can't scroll for 10s like youtube so that we are watching the whole video without skipping that can take more data So please keep an option that while if double tapped like youtube we can go 5 or 10 sec front or back so that some data will be saved For watching more time And if we rotate the phone the video stops so it gets some time to reload,correct this problem also if you can .

It's quite irritating when your loyal viewers complaint that they can't watch stream.It's a good app, it's helps us to buy uc in pubg mobile which I thought could only happen by giving real money, but there is only one problem we don't get enough coins and it may take years for one to buy enough uc to get elite pass, so please make more ways so we can get more coins then it could become one to the best apps.

3. The only problem is when you waste your time for watching live stream for 10 min to get a scratch card, u get 1 or 2 Rheo coins some time.

4. If im watching a stream in small screen and i go to full screen mode then the stream starts again from the beginning.

5. The main error is, while first run it's displayed the profile page properly, but if return after some hours or a day it's always shows me the "something went wrong, tap to retry".

1. Fix Rheo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rheo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rheo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rheo" » Open Rheo: Best Live Videos of your Favourite Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rheo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rheo: Best Live Videos of your Favourite Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rheo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rheo: Best Live Videos of your Favourite Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rheo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rheo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rheo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rheo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rheo not working

2. Fix Rheo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rheo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rheo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rheo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
