1. I tried coming back to it a bunch, restarting my phone, even upgraded to the paid version (I almost did the full year but I'm glad I only chose the month) and it still didn't work! disappointed bc I did like the look of it, but time is everything when re-posting and so now I'll go look for a new app.The copy caption doesn't work at all.

2. In last few months, I've been unable to use it (paid subscription) because the copy and share link that is supposed to come up when you click on the post you want to share does not come up as sm option anymore.

3. The app starts off great, no issues no bugs .... as soon as you sign up to the subscription then the issues start EVERY MONTH!!! It starts off as a simple bug, will open sometimes and sometimes it won't, followed by a week of crashing.

4. Can someone please help me? I've loved it up until this point.Works quickly, no crashes, weird layering thing happens when doing many videos one after another, but this only affects the ui, not the saved video and is easily corrected by closing and reopening.

1. Fix Reposter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reposter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reposter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reposter" » Open Reposter for Story & Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reposter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reposter for Story & Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reposter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reposter for Story & Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reposter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reposter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reposter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reposter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reposter not working

2. Fix Reposter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reposter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reposter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reposter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
