Why should I report an Issue with Reposta - Repost for Instagram?

1. It was ok to replace another one that stopped working but now this one has stopped working to I'm not sure whose doing it is whether IG is impeding this repost apps or the apps just don't work after a while but either way why are they allowed to exist if they ain't allowed to use to repost giving due credits to the ones you repost from or only paying members can repost.

2. thank you! don't change a thing!I don't know what's the problem with this app but whenever I try to save a post from Instagram it shows something went wrong and will not save the video please solve this problem as soon as possibleConstantly says "something went wrong", doesn't say what it how to fix.

3. For now I just copy the caption, repost it, then quickly edit the picture's caption as fast as I can before people notice.

4. It use to allow you to not only download the image/video but also COPY the description and profile name of the person you're reblogging from.

5. Thoroughly enjoy it!! It's always a go to download when I get a new phone and I'll continue to use it for a long time :)it worked the first time, downloaded all 10 photos at once, out order, but that's okay.

6. Something that would make it perfect though is if they could let you select "Edit Caption" instead of just "Copy Caption".

1. Fix Reposta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reposta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reposta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reposta" » Open Reposta - Repost for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reposta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reposta - Repost for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reposta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reposta - Repost for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reposta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reposta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reposta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reposta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reposta not working

2. Fix Reposta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reposta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reposta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reposta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
