1. No way to "load" a saved search in map view, and switch between saved searches? The Feed has been historically useless so I never look at it, but that's the only place I can see results from my saved searches now? When I draw an area on the map, then look at the details page, when I return to the map, the drawn line is gone.
2. It would be beyond useful if I could see these lists and then send them to my realtor, instead of copying and pasting MLS#s and sending via email. While it seems to be the only realty search app that allows me to search by the amount of property taxes, there are issues with the favorites map and list view.
3. Would also be nice to filter out certain areas, or even certain areas due to schools, that wat one does not waste so much time opening properties in which one would not buy due to schools or area one knows is bad. This app sorely needs a browsing history.
4. Would be nice, though, if one could filter certain notifications more, for example, it would be nice to be notified only when the price on a property one likes goes down, not all listings in ones designated area.
5. A bit crash-happy, but a browsing history would compensate for that.Great app for looking at homes, layout works great and the search options are exactly what you want/need.
6. I can't begin to count the times I've spent 15-20 minutes or more trying to find a property I was looking at before an app crash, or I've mistakenly closed the app while trying to answer a phone call, or for several other reasons.
7. I can see my favorites on the map again, but if I perform a number of actions like viewing listings from the map view, I sometimes cannot get back to list view unless I leave my favorites.
8. It'd be nice if it would save the most recent search.Data is pretty reliable, especially for initial home searches.
9. However, my one complaint is that the street view portion opens up another app, losing my place, and often times not even opening to the address of the house.
10. It's the only one Redfin lacks; everything else, like the "X-ing out" of properties you don't like, are extremely helpful. When you zoom my app shows prices for everything, for sale in or not, making it unusable in an dense urban area like NYC, Boston, SF, etc.
11. I thought this app added it, but now I don't see it.Results are good, but certain features only being available on the website is kind of deal breaking.
I have just moved into my new house your was good I no longer need tedfin.com thank I'll tell my friends about you thank you and good by
