Why should I report an Issue with Reali - Buy & Sell Homes | Real Estate Done Right?

1. Can't help but feel like the random phone calls are related.I had a short term need to move on a house that dropped significantly in price before it sold to someone else.

2. Listings are not very complete (all the ones I looked at show HOA fees due, but not how much) and there's no gallery view to look at all photos at once (swiping through them one by one is slow).This service charged me rent to buy my own home.

3. Then, when I was contractually obligated to buy a house, Reali then finally decided to tell me they wouldn't honor benefits they advertised, and that I'd have to pay rental fees during a buyback period.

4. She called me as well, and was friendly, but at that point it was too little too late.I hate that it forces you to verify a phone number and email before even seeing what the app has to offer.

5. You have to provide a phone number to sign up, after you do you will get a text asking if you want to be called.

6. Now I'm getting phone calls at 3 and 4 am from a private number.

7. Props to their call center I suppose though, I did not expect a call a few hours after installing the app.

8. I asked multiple employees, multiple times (verbally and with a papertrail) for all of their terms/fees, and was told there was none.

9. They are slow to response showing request and by the time they responded its normally rejected.

10. I eventually gave up the idea of using them after the 5th unsuccessful try.Only services California so it is useless to me.

11. Checkout Homefly, their competitor instead.If you are a serious buyer, I highly don't recommend you to use reali.

1. Fix Reali Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reali: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reali App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reali" » Open Reali - Buy & Sell Homes | Real Estate Done Right » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reali » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reali - Buy & Sell Homes | Real Estate Done Right app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reali servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reali - Buy & Sell Homes | Real Estate Done Right" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reali app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reali might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reali. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reali then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reali not working

2. Fix Reali Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reali be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reali not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reali may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
