Why should I report an Issue with Sketch by Rasm - draw & paint?

1. Four, let's say I make a mistake, then I have to search through my tiny layers to try and find the mistake I made, thus taking time.It is a really good app! I use it a lot and it has smooth lines, you can save the picture and share it to your friends, it alows you to start your journey on drawing diditally, I would say that this is for begginers, cause it is great, but it doesn't have certain brushes but other than that it is a great app, I had no trouble with it and it works great when you are recording you drawing, I very much recommend!This is a very useful and fun app.

2. The ads aren't overly obtrusive in an app for once.Great at first made some really nice drawing, but last update half the brushes went way and just don't work well anymore.

3. My Drawing has a LOT of potential, and I can't wait to see what you guys have in store.Good variety of pens & colors, but it doesn't have any sort of pressure sensitivity.

4. Since the layer system is simple, you can even use the import image option over and under a simple drawing that has a plain background to edit sketches from other apps or software.

5. Other than that it is a really good app it ran smoothly and i didn't have to buy anything.Amazing stuff! This app looks like the spiritual successor to Sony Sketch, and as a long-time user of that app (7 years!!!), that filled me with so much joy.

6. It might not matter if you're completely new to digital (you could get used to it), but if you're coming from a computer & looking for an app to make your phone a quick sketch book where you can finish on your drawings later on bulkier software, this probably isn't your app.

7. I was using an older version of this program and loved the Android tablet version, but not the version I had on my cell phone.. One feature I miss is being able to fill in an outline with a stripe.

8. Canvas rotation, brush customization, pressure sensitivity, all that good stuff.

9. The only 2 complaints I have is that 1, there needs to be a brush that gives off a fading affect, and 2, it says that it can convert your photos into images on your phone, but it doesn't do that anyways, so they should fix that.

10. It's an app really made for those moments when you suddenly come up with a drawing inspiration, idea, or just feel motivated to sketch.

11. three, the writing tools are fixed on one size, which means when I go back to the drawing, i have to change to size.

1. Fix Sketch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sketch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sketch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sketch" » Open Sketch by Rasm - draw & paint » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sketch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sketch by Rasm - draw & paint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sketch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sketch by Rasm - draw & paint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sketch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sketch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sketch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sketch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sketch not working

2. Fix Sketch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sketch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sketch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sketch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
