It's crazy anyway thanks for giving me a voice to vent!Absolutely love this app except it cuts out several times in a 30 minute periodNothing but positive music and a station that gives back to their community!This app works great and is always available even when I may not be able to pick up The Journey on an FM radio station in my car! And, of course, it never fails to turn my thoughts to God and in seconds my heart and lips are praising Him! Thanks Journey for reminding me daily, like a great friend, where my thoughts should be! Switches to a different song in the middle of another, occasionally, but I just go with the flow! LOL -Holly in SuffolkI've been listening to the Journey for a while now.

4. It comes on I don't even think I have it installed I can't find anywhere where it is installed but it keeps coming up on my phone! And then when I try to use it and listen to it it malfunctions and stops playing in the middle of songs.

5. the other radio apps I have on my phone do not freeze in the middle of songs or skip songs when it's gotten to the middle.

1. Fix My Journey FM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Journey FM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Journey FM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Journey FM" » Open My Journey FM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Journey FM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Journey FM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Journey FM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Journey FM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Journey FM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Journey FM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Journey FM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Journey FM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Journey FM not working

2. Fix My Journey FM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Journey FM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Journey FM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Journey FM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
