Even the customer support executive is rude.Since 2 1/2 years am qwipo customer , am really happy with qwipo app its a very good platform for b2b with affordable prices and quality maintanance and very good service ..i really appreciate qwipo customer support the way they resolve the quiries and issues was very good with in the time they will resolve the issues ..Happy CustomerGreat app.
2. Also provide delivry drive number in order.Worst app ever,app is not opening,spoke with more than 100 customer care guys in last 4 months...all said give us 30 mins we will check the problem and call back to you...no one will call again...got really pissed of with this app... don't ever even try this appNot letting to take a look if area is serviceable or to see catalog is a big red flag and forcing to register both number and business first really fishy.
3. Everytime I open the app it says new update.I'm using from last 18months ,usefull app giving good support also while we have any issues related to product and app.these days many others coming and out from market but I'm seeing this app very good at serviceInterface need to be changed, its not user friendly.
4. One of the representative came and installed qwipo app for order i ordered products but they didn't not delivery any product and they showing order was delivered.
5. Good support from customer support also.Service is good.
6. I contact their customer service they said there is no order on your number thank god i placed COD.
7. Should add confectionery and merchandising products for hedging the margins to customer and company also.How many updates dude.
8. They dont exchange the product if we place unknowingly or even if a wrong item is delivered.
9. And please improve your customer Care facility.
10. Easy to use and place the order.
11. Worst app i had seen recently i started business.
