1. Easy pay is always automatically selected also- I always prefer to pay the full amount at once and it would be a nice feature if the app would remember that preference.It needs an update! Very very very slow progress between logging in and trying to check your account( payments/orders, etc).
2. Shipping address is easy to find, as it has its own heading, but billing address is hidden in "Account Settings." I had my title set to "Mr." but it later addressed me as "Ms." when I entered my order.
3. For security, I appreciate having to re-enter my password during checkout when actually making a purchase, but I'd like to be able to view my saved items, etc.
4. Please give us the option to stay signed in, while requiring password confirmation for finalizing purchases & making changes to profile, auto-delivery, etc.I've been using this app for years with no issues.
5. Also, if you click on an item from your list, I wish it would take you to the actual listing for the item so you can see the details!! I can't seem to submit reviews through the app, everytime I try, it says an error has occurred.
6. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to find what you're looking for... Honestly, I do all my shopping with my phone now, because of the app... Try this if you love QVC like we do! You won't be disappointed! 🤗Very clunky to navigate.
7. To navigate the account screen, you have to go back to the homepage to get to different account preferences, instead of just having a back button.I can't shop from this app.
8. It constantly asks me to sign in and then tells me, "Oops, an error has occurred!" I've tried changing my password, but it won't allow me because of the error that occurs.
9. I was VERY frustrated... Well, they've fixed their bugs and it works just fine now! Very easy to navigate through.
10. I would also like to see a biometric sign in option added for Android.Saved information makes checkout super fast.
11. I had to update my billing and shipping addresses, but it has those in two completely different sections.
