QVC Customer Insights

1. Easy pay is always automatically selected also- I always prefer to pay the full amount at once and it would be a nice feature if the app would remember that preference.It needs an update! Very very very slow progress between logging in and trying to check your account( payments/orders, etc).

2. Shipping address is easy to find, as it has its own heading, but billing address is hidden in "Account Settings." I had my title set to "Mr." but it later addressed me as "Ms." when I entered my order.

3. For security, I appreciate having to re-enter my password during checkout when actually making a purchase, but I'd like to be able to view my saved items, etc.

4. Please give us the option to stay signed in, while requiring password confirmation for finalizing purchases & making changes to profile, auto-delivery, etc.I've been using this app for years with no issues.

5. Also, if you click on an item from your list, I wish it would take you to the actual listing for the item so you can see the details!! I can't seem to submit reviews through the app, everytime I try, it says an error has occurred.

6. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to find what you're looking for... Honestly, I do all my shopping with my phone now, because of the app... Try this if you love QVC like we do! You won't be disappointed! 🤗Very clunky to navigate.

7. To navigate the account screen, you have to go back to the homepage to get to different account preferences, instead of just having a back button.I can't shop from this app.

8. It constantly asks me to sign in and then tells me, "Oops, an error has occurred!" I've tried changing my password, but it won't allow me because of the error that occurs.

9. I was VERY frustrated... Well, they've fixed their bugs and it works just fine now! Very easy to navigate through.

10. I would also like to see a biometric sign in option added for Android.Saved information makes checkout super fast.

11. I had to update my billing and shipping addresses, but it has those in two completely different sections.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix QVC Issues

1. Fix QVC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart QVC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the QVC App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QVC" » Open QVC Mobile Shopping (US) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QVC » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear QVC Mobile Shopping (US) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QVC servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QVC Mobile Shopping (US)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check QVC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QVC might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall QVC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QVC then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QVC not working


2. Fix QVC Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QVC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QVC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QVC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
