1. The app keeps crashing with the latest version.In the last month, the ability to upload multiple pictures at once has been removed (you have to select it one at a time), it crashes far more often when trying to open a Chrome/IE/FFox link, the uploadable picture size has been capped... I mean, come on.

2. Now it's CONSTANT video ads, and when you try to mute them, it sends you to the "Pay $4.99/year April deal for no ads." Be smart with the ads or you'll lose people.When it works it's nice; more and more frequently however it does not load properly and I get the incessant spinning icon.

3. The free version limits how many photos you can upload at once, puts a monthly cap on image uploads, no gifs, and limits photo sizes to basically thumbnails.

4. Uploading only one picture at a time, limiting the number of pictures you can upload in a month, the list goes on and on.

5. Just go ahead and remove the standard version and force people to buy Tapatalk Pro if that's how you're gonna treat us.I pay for pro so it's easier to navigate w/o ads, & can upload photos easily.

1. Fix Tapatalk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tapatalk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tapatalk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tapatalk" » Open Tapatalk - 200,000+ Forums » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tapatalk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tapatalk - 200,000+ Forums app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tapatalk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tapatalk - 200,000+ Forums" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tapatalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tapatalk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tapatalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tapatalk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tapatalk not working

2. Fix Tapatalk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tapatalk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tapatalk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tapatalk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
