Quidd Customer Insights

1. The app worked great for a few weeks, but then it started getting stuck on the first screen, with a constant refreshing user data message, but even when left for ten minutes, it still says the same thing.

2. Awesome that despite multiple people with the issue, it hasn't been patched at this point.Love this app! It has so many great stickers and I love the variety.

3. I will 100% change my review if you guys will get it to work on my phone again and if you get the email thing fixed.Great idea but, there are loads of bugs and some of the mechanics arent fun to deal with.

4. Also I wish the stickers could be used in text messaging for Android users as well.Cool app, but it has a few things that aren't so great.

5. Almost all collections are sold out and you can no longer get items with coins you almost always have to buy them off other people.

6. I don't know how people get their items in the first place because I can never get them other than buying them off others.

7. I've been waiting after it stopped working, hoping it would work but it still hasn't even with all the updates.

8. Really disappointed as I really loved this app and loved sending stickers to people in conversation and collecting.

9. That's pretty annoying when it says I have 10k coins and all of a sudden I cant buy a cheap pack because I'm out of money.

11. Multiple reinstalls have fixed nothing, it looks long enough to start loading, claims that internet connection was lost, despite that not being the case.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Quidd Issues

1. Fix Quidd Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Quidd: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Quidd App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quidd" » Open Quidd: Digital Collectibles » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quidd » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Quidd: Digital Collectibles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quidd servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quidd: Digital Collectibles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Quidd app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quidd might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Quidd. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quidd then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quidd not working


2. Fix Quidd Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quidd be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quidd not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quidd may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My ex boyfriend stole my phone and now that I got a new phone my Quidd app is suspended. Could you please unsuspend my app please. Me and my children have invested alot of time and money on our collection! We want to continue collecting and trading and selling as soon as possible. We have never had an issue with you until my EX stole my phone. Thank you and god bless!! Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
