1. I'd like the image to stay that way as an option.Let me start off positive, its great being able to watch new good shows daily, and the option to watch them horizontally or vertically is a nice touch.

2. $4.99 per month may not sound like a lot, but when you add it to Vudu, Prime Video, and Netflix, it just becomes an extra and unnecessary cost.Another issue is, even with the subscription, there were STILL ADVERTISEMENTS! Maybe if it's cheaperI took off 3 stars because you can't turn off autoplay and autoplay defeats the purpose of the app, which is supposed to be quick bites.

3. You have to let it play then hit pause..........The shows were filmed in a way that you can watch it in portrait mode and not miss anything.

4. There should be an option to watch the full movie.Content aside, the app itself is pretty good.

5. It's good original content and the bite size chunks make it the perfect bathroom companion.Love it! The update doesn't update however.

6. Good thing the trial was free, now i know they wont ever get a dollar from me.Good shows...short clips.

7. Although the content was great and the fact that the series were split into short segments definitely made them more compelling, in the end i just couldn't justify the price.

8. Now the negative, the shows are only 5 to 8 mins long so i feel like im not getting enough to watch.

9. It also seems like content will become more difficult to track down as the amount of shows continues to grow.

10. My rating is for the content, because they have shows from or featuring a lot of people I enjoy.

11. However, the loss of a star isn't for the duds (all platforms have those) but for the lack of being able to lock my screen from rotating.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Quibi Issues

1. Fix Quibi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Quibi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Quibi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quibi" » Open Quibi: All New Original Shows » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quibi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Quibi: All New Original Shows app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quibi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quibi: All New Original Shows" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Quibi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quibi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Quibi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quibi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quibi not working


2. Fix Quibi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quibi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quibi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quibi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
