1. Great for creating your own audio-books, honestly, if the ones you have aren't in English. For Hindi (India) language, the text displays fine in text preview window but gets distorted in the speed reading (flashing spritz) part! Further, the last button (with minus sign) in the top row of buttons wraps to second line, making the interface look awkward and uncomfortable.
2. The app doesn't look quite as polished as I would like but generally I'm glad to have found it, the other speed read apps I've liked in the past haven't been updated in yearsOnly true "speed reading" app out there as your "para view" mocks speed reading exactly as if done by pacer (finger) on actual book.
3. I think adding a comma and period delay (200 and 400ms), a slightly smaller font (eg 32) and a small word length delay (20ms) would be better.Great first impression, as I finally found the first ever free app that reads pdf, has a pacer, text-to-speech function.
4. But it works excellent with regular, one-columned files! I hope you fix that issue in the future, thanks!I searched for ages for an app that would allow me to read an ebook quickly by showing one word at a time and this app is exactly what I've been looking for.
5. I hope the developer can remedy that somehow, maybe by adding option to move the Spritz bar down by set number of pixels.I like that you can load multiple books and have options for dark mode.
6. The only (but quite big) issue I have is that in Premium version the ad bar is removed, so everything is moved up - including the Spritz bar, which then hides behind every phone notification I get, which is very annoying when you're focused on reading.
7. Advantage of this over Reedy is it says it can load pdfsSomething I didn't know I needed or wanted, great at keeping you focused if you're willing to mess around a bit in the settings until you're comfortable.
8. Makes it so easy to stop and quickly re-read material if needed, intuitive and great integration with Google drive.
9. Compared to Reedy, the word alignment isn't as easy on the eye and is stuck at top of screen vs middle of screen.
10. Maybe an option to move things to the middle if paragraph view hidden? Reedy is also nicer in that you can double tap anywhere to pause and start.
11. By far the best spritz app you can get and for the super low price, the Pro version is an easy choice.
