1. I do not recommend this appA game changer application and platform regarding event planning, it does have everything you could think of and more.Had to use this app for a conference for work, it didn't launch at all and kept crashing, despite reinstalling it numerous times, clearing cache and data, etc.

2. On the S22 Ultra, however, as soon as you tap the icon to open the app it stops and shuts off and does not work at all.Just downloaded the app for a conference I am attending and after logging in I see a spiral icon for a few seconds like it is loading and then it just goes to a blank screen.

3. Hope you fix it before conference starts on Sunday! Trying to search the community for my event and the screen just keeps blinking and not giving any response - finding the person or just saying not found.

6. The blinking flashing is REALLY hard on the eyes.It's very flimsy when using, navigation is not intuitive, it can't be used on smaller devices (some menu items are not displayed or burrowed, for example the 'next' button).

7. Login process broken, when I click in the email received to confirm email address the app does not move to the next screen.

8. Also, though the Feedback /Support button takes me to my mailbox, it doesn't mention the recipient (support email address), hence can't even contact the Bizzabo team.

9. I went onto their website and when trying to troubleshoot my problem, they redirected me to the organizers of the conference.

10. Work on the problems that everyone is trying to inform you of.Good on Note 8 - Bad on S22 Ultra.

11. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and other devices.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Bizzabo Issues

1. Fix Bizzabo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Bizzabo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Bizzabo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bizzabo" » Open Bizzabo » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bizzabo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Bizzabo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bizzabo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bizzabo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bizzabo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bizzabo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bizzabo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bizzabo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bizzabo not working


2. Fix Bizzabo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bizzabo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bizzabo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bizzabo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
