1. Tried to use rewards with my order and ended up having to to to my browser to order because the rewards wouldn't show up when ordering in the app.

2. But it doesn't recognize the account (I'm guessing one database isn't talking to the other) so I'm unable to place an order after spending 10 minutes dealing with setup and laggy UI navigation.This app is extremely frustrating.

3. It does have a feature for saving your favorite order but retrieving it the next time is extremely difficult.

4. It does not allow login to your account to order online.

5. Have tried to place an order three times and keep having to start over.

6. Something always goes wrong and I end up having to order in person after wasting a bunch of time trying to order in app.

7. Leaving the online order screen clears the order and makes you start all over again.

8. Back button exits to home screen and you have to restart your entire order, including re-searching for your nearest store and doing all the customizations for your order over.

9. After the update I am unable to log in, the facebook link button is completely broken, the fingerprint and email log in dont work, as I spent about 30 min trying to reset my password it just stays at the log in screen without logging me in.

10. Plus, I spend all the time to set up an account, but then to place an order, I have to sign in again.

1. Fix Smashburger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smashburger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smashburger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smashburger" » Open Smashburger - Burgers & Shakes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smashburger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smashburger - Burgers & Shakes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smashburger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smashburger - Burgers & Shakes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smashburger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smashburger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smashburger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smashburger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smashburger not working

2. Fix Smashburger Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smashburger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smashburger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smashburger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
