1. Your ads ruin everything I would enjoy if your ads stoppedI love this app it always notifies me as soon as someone new looks at my profile! I don't know what is going on with this app this last week its notifies me that someone has just looked me up and when I check my profile theres no one new on there! Its been ticking me off and wasting my time, fix your app!!Love the app works really well.

2. What time does each profile, ping my profile?Love the app its so interesting and very habit forming to being able to see who of your friends check your profile.

3. I'm going to test another app to be sure I did block a few ppl that popped up on this list bc its creepy.Im giving 2 stars because at least it had the ability to quickly find the people i speak to frequently, but thats all it did.

4. the app always throws up advertisements every 3rd profile you click, but now this latest version has added video ads that cannot be dismissed until a certain amount of it has played.

5. If the date and time they came to your profile was also added with the option to view their profile it would make this app exceptional.

6. I thought it would give me a real time analysis of my profile and who interacts with it.

7. The first five people it listed were people i speak to frequently through messenger and the rest were all generated randomly.

9. they never like or comment on any of my post but I've been getting reported a lot lately, I have good reason it's this person, the timing is to in sync.

11. I know this because one of my "followers" is no longer living and another it listed as a top follower is my son who hasnt had facebook in a couple of years.

1. Fix The Profiler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Profiler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Profiler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Profiler" » Open The Profiler » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Profiler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Profiler app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Profiler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Profiler" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Profiler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Profiler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Profiler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Profiler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Profiler not working

2. Fix The Profiler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Profiler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Profiler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Profiler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
