1. great in theory, below poor in execution.Complete waste of time, and a total data hog! There are numerous functions that do not work, and people do not actually meet or seem to want to other than to find a plug.

2. loved the idea of the app, but deeply disappointed with how little effort was put in to make it usable.I keep getting notifications from people and when I open the app the message isn't there and I have no opportunity to respond.

3. And to top it off, it killed my monthly allotment of 5GB after just a few uses! I've got other apps, and this is the first time that's ever happened!The app is hard to navigate; not user friendly at all The back button just cycles you between the last two pages you visited.

4. This apps UI needs to be overhauled and upgraded, the feel of the app could be a lot better, fix the glitches because I can't load a picture, check messages, or add friends and it can use a new interface for the overall look.This app, sorry, but it's terrible.

1. Fix High There Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart High There: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the High There App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "High There" » Open High There: Cannabis Community » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for High There » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear High There: Cannabis Community app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from High There servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "High There: Cannabis Community" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check High There app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, High There might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall High There. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall High There then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing High There not working

2. Fix High There Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make High There be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to High There not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
