1. A free version gives us an idea of what to expect and so far I am avoiding the paid version based on what I see and read.I love this app! I love to make videos with this! However, there are some issues that shouldn't be ignored, such as: Lagginess, Problems with saves, and the ridiculous wait time that comes with saving/uploading a video, that often results in crashing.
2. Second issue was also the amount of time loading the stories (it probably took 2-3 minutes on average) Third problem is with creating custom characters.
3. I would also like to see walking between points and the ability to have characters open doors.First thing I noticed when I downloaded the app, it took forever to load the stories menu.
4. I am canceling my subscription until exporting videos doesn't crash all the time.Plotagon is a wonderful app, but it could use improvement.

9. Besides those problems, I have a lot of fun using the app!! ~Edit: now it's crashing when I open it :(It's a good app with a lot of potential.
10. I envision a more interactive interface when placing characters, so you can place them practically anywhere you want and have the interface automatically decide whether they are standing or sitting.
11. This app does not open on a Chromebook, on my phone it does work fine.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Plotagon Story Issues
1. Fix Plotagon Story Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Plotagon Story: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Plotagon Story App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plotagon Story" » Open Plotagon Story » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plotagon Story » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Plotagon Story app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plotagon Story servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plotagon Story" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Plotagon Story app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plotagon Story might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Plotagon Story. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plotagon Story then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plotagon Story not working
2. Fix Plotagon Story Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plotagon Story be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plotagon Story not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plotagon Story may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello I subscribed to Gold package last month December 28th 2023. But am unable to use my subscription package since five days ago. Telling to go and subscribe a new one that last subscription package is expired whereas if my subscription package will be expired should be January 28 of this month. i purchased plotagon studio licence, but whenever i render a video using imported voices (TTS) the output of the voices becomes squeaky or mute, my plotagon voices only play well when i used the in-app voices. on the free trial version everything played well including the imported voices, why the sudden disrruption after purchase. please team plotagon should fix this challenge or work on my refund.
Dear Plotagon, I have been using Plotagon since few months. It is very useful for creating my stories into animated videos. In the beginning I used to make videos only with the available background, characters and voices. But recently on to make more interesting videos I have taken gold Subscription for 1 month. The 3 day trial period started on April 21st and on 24th 190 /- were debited. But no characters and backgrounds are unlocked. The same happened in the trial period but it was fine after some time. But I am unable to use any characters and scenes in gold Subscription after I paid money. I am able to use the backgrounds,characters and costumes only which I have downloaded during the trial period. I am totally disappointed with this.

Hello, I am on the Mobile Plotagon, I decided to buy the bronze premium for 0.99 a month, because I wanted to have more scenes.. I am on IPHONE SE (2nd GEN) 14.6 update. WiFi is completely fine. I have restarted my phone, turned off and on my WiFi. Reinstalled the app. Nothings working.. :( First ISSUE. I go to make a story, and everytime I have two people in my story, I can’t load anything. I can’t add scenes or add any chats or anything because it will keep on loading and doesn’t stop, Second issue, after a while of making a character suddenly I am unable to change anything about the character, because it won’t let me download the rest of the clothes/items Is there anything to fix these problems?? I would hate to have to give up using it. I love using plotagon and have for a few years, I won’t give up trying to find a solution.

I was making a movie and it randomly just started loading and I waited about 10 minutes and it was still loading. So I then restarted my tablet and it was still loading when I got into the story. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and it was still loading.
Hello. On 4/29/21 I paid for (and was charged for) Academic subscription for Plotagon Studio but it will not activate. I’ve emailed them several times and no one has responded.
I never had any problems with Plotagon story until I started purchasing other voices and scenes. Now it seems that a lot of the subscribed voices, scenes and other accessories along with my original scenes and other accessories are being no longer available. It says I’m all set with my subscription but when trying to download them I can download some but not all of them. Can you help me with this Error. I don’t mean to complain but this app is suddenly rendered useless to me. Any explanation and help with this is very welcome and appreciated. Thank you!

Hello TEck SOPORT I want to file a complaint against Plotagon. That was a long time with Plotagon and I used to purchase from the app all kind of links. Looks like they took me off of the Plotagon and converted it to subscription that I cannot get to it adamant to answer for this if I want to hear from them let me that’s a fraud from them. hello tech support I want to report a issue with Plotagon story. I purchased a lot of stuff with Plotagon. It looks like for year 2020. Plotagon company took all my purchases and converted it to subscription that I wasn’t aware of this. This is not a way of a company to behave towards a consumer. They give me a bad name to this company. Two things they have to clear their name one to give me all the refunds that they purchase.or download all those purchases back to my Plotagon.
