1. But I enjoy your app.Great app, amazing experience, no ads, you can bookmark your favourite movies, find recommendations, download the movies, and you can stream it on your TV! I could literally ask for nothing more of this app!! Sadly, I had to delete because my parents found out I can access everything on this app (which is a good thing) I actually cannot believe how underrated this app is, give it more love y'all!! This thing gives viewers so many good movies!!A very good selection of movies.

1. Fix M Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart M Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the M Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "M Play" » Open M Play - HD Movies 2020 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for M Play » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear M Play - HD Movies 2020 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from M Play servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "M Play - HD Movies 2020" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check M Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, M Play might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall M Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall M Play then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing M Play not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make M Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, M Play may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
