1. Uninstalling.Normally I hate giving apps bad ratings but this one kind of deserves one because when I first downloaded it it worked well and was fun but now every time I try to open it I get immediately kicked from the app and it never fully opens it and I haven't been able to use it for that reason in like a yearWas great but the past month it won't open.

2. I tried again, and every time you open the app it gives you ads for premium and any filter I tried would immediately crash the app.I pay a yearly subscription for this app but for the last year it crashes and remains unusable.

3. I subscribed, and then it just crashed everytime I tried to open it, and I've never been able to get it to open since.. Lol.First time trying to launch since I first installed it and it will not even open.

4. This is a 5 Star app, worth paying for, IF, you add some basic functionality, such as 'favoriting' a mask, and empowering the end user to use a 'voice changer' on any mask, or change sound effects, or organize and/or keyword search the filters/masks.

5. Shame, it use to be good.Seems to work OK fun to use and you get some good filters in the free version.

6. I dont know if it was a fluke or what but when I opened the app for the first time it actually looked good! It had a nice apperance and I was really excited.

7. I tried the 3 day trial like a year ago, and declined, so, trying the newer version, required me to 'purchase' it to see if works for me.

8. My phone prompted me to clear the cache, did that, tried to launch it after and it still does not work.

9. New updated version however doesn't work when I open it.

10. They try hard to get you to subscribe, but price seem crazy high so I would say avoid paying at all costs until you are sure you want to subscribe.

11. As it is, it is a 'kewl' app that should be donation based, for $99 a year, I want more functionality than just a toy.

1. Fix Banuba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Banuba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Banuba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Banuba" » Open Banuba - Funny Face Swap » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Banuba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Banuba - Funny Face Swap app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Banuba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Banuba - Funny Face Swap" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Banuba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Banuba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Banuba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Banuba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Banuba not working

2. Fix Banuba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Banuba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Banuba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Banuba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
