It's simple to duplicate and delete, but it's really annoying to have to remember to do it.I got just Amazing reviews about an hairdresser here but after he did a disaster, I did some research and I found out that he did many disasters..The app is very user friendly and it saves a lot of time in scheduling my appointments.Bug : Missing en-us connexion !no english language available!Easy and practical...perfect!!Ease of use.

2. The selection of country phone codes is very confusing European or international countries are listed but not all.

1. Fix Planity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Planity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Planity App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Planity" » Open Planity » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Planity » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Planity app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Planity servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Planity" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Planity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Planity might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Planity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Planity then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Planity not working

2. Fix Planity Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Planity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Planity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Planity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
