Why should I report an Issue with Plamfy: Live Stream Video Chat?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. At most there is about 8 people streaming at a time, and they can't produce the content people come for without being banned or charging large amounts that most people won't pay for.I recently updated this app and aside from limiting views now even without any violation, I can't join live broadcast of less than 5 to 6 viewers already.

2. And guess what?? Yes they get more engagement!!!!!!! If you think it's to improve sustainability, then great!!! Just know it's not favorable and you'll likely lose more usersThe app was good when I started using it..the camera is bad tho..but I could always manage with the filter they provided...but currently all of a sudden the filter is gone..no more filter ..so now its not even manageable...please if you can not work on the bad camera..please put back the filterThe app was good when I started using it but now it seems everything has changed.

3. I have messages I'd like to delete without having to go back and unblock the sender.This app was good when it started, then they took away what people came for.

4. Moving minimum withdrawal up to $50 was not really necessary, considering time and energy investment one should be able to withdraw something lesser, in case of personal emergency... Other app go as low as $10 minimum withdrawal.

5. Also when I looking at the people streaming it only shows 9 streamers.

6. If the app it works perfectly, plamfy should send a notification or mail to all the people that probably gave up after the update.

7. It's really sad that this apps that was once people choice is not being abandoned by people.

8. I only see 5 to 8 people streaming and sometimes it's just 2 people that I see.

9. My friend tells me she's live during that time and I refresh the app and it stills she's live.

10. Do something! In the meantime I'm using a different app.The app was briefly working on the browser for some time but again it stopped working.

1. Fix Plamfy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plamfy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plamfy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plamfy" » Open Plamfy: Live Stream Video Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plamfy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plamfy: Live Stream Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plamfy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plamfy: Live Stream Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plamfy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plamfy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plamfy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plamfy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plamfy not working

2. Fix Plamfy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plamfy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plamfy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plamfy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
