1. Would really like to have the ability to create personal palettes and see some new brush/fill options.I love this "true coloring app" You can actually color in the pictures as opposed to "tap to fill in" like most of the coloring apps in the play store.

2. You have many color palettes to choose from, and I love that I can choose the colors that I want! I don't like that it's a monthly subscription instead of a one time price, but for now I will keep it.

3. Nice app for stress relief, but the lack of options without getting the subscription, that can be at risk of loss if inactive for a certain amount of time, discourage me from using this that much.Best coloring app of them all.

4. So amazing and fun!If you want to learn more color techniques without creating the lineart, and without complicated features like layers, this is a good app to start in, IF, you're willing to pay for extra features.

5. I just wish we had the same options as iPhone.Used to love using this to detox from stress, but without the in-app currency from ads, it's not as much fun to do.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pigment Issues

1. Fix Pigment Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pigment: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pigment App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pigment" » Open Pigment - Adult Coloring Book » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pigment » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pigment - Adult Coloring Book app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pigment servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pigment - Adult Coloring Book" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pigment app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pigment might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pigment. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pigment then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pigment not working


2. Fix Pigment Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pigment be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pigment not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pigment may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I’m wondering why I am being charged every couple days for your app. I thought it was monthly but I am guessing that is wrong based on the number of charges they take on a weekly basis. I’ve used the app one time and have been charged almost $40 for something I’ve used once. I have since figured out how to cancel the subscription, it would be very appropriate of the company to return at least part of my money for something I only used during the trial period and even that was only one time. But I’m sure this won’t happen. Thank you for charging my card relentlessly, everyone loves that kinda service!

  • My account got disabled recently. I had my subscription plus a lot of followers and a gallery. My phone and iPad won’t let me set up another account. Plus, I want my account back. I have never posted anything bad. Only sketches are the thing that I would post import wise..I have been stressing over this these past days. I have tried every way to contact. Instagram, some other thing. Please.
