1. The options for reimbursement were great and help give discounts on the never ending diaper train I'm on.Loved the old version of the app where you could redeem gift cards and a wide variety of rewards.

1. Fix Pampers Club Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pampers Club: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pampers Club App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pampers Club" » Open Pampers Club - Rewards & Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pampers Club » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pampers Club - Rewards & Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pampers Club servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pampers Club - Rewards & Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pampers Club app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pampers Club might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pampers Club. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pampers Club then reinstall.
