1. The options for reimbursement were great and help give discounts on the never ending diaper train I'm on.Loved the old version of the app where you could redeem gift cards and a wide variety of rewards.

2. I'd much rather have the gift cards option or at the very least be able to cash out to PayPal or something...I love this app and it has helped me save some money when buying diapers! However I'd like to suggest one thing to make the app even better.. an easier way of scanning wipes would be fantastic! Some of us buy the big boxes of wipes and it's slightly annoying typing each individual code.

3. Since the change to the rewards store, you can only get a few dollars off Pampers diapers, and honestly the price compared to cheaper diapers just isn't worth it to me anymore.

8. Like a good graphic of reasons to change sizes would be better and a quiz about the differences in diapers might be better (360 vs dry vs swaddlers vs pure)I liked it at first, but I haven't been able to open the app for 3+ weeks.

9. Use to be a worthwhile app, now is pointless, especially with inflation rates and cost of living as it is.Rewards are basically not even worth it anymore.

1. Restart Pampers Club: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pampers Club App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pampers Club" » Open Pampers Club - Rewards & Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pampers Club » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pampers Club - Rewards & Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pampers Club servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pampers Club - Rewards & Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pampers Club app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pampers Club might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pampers Club. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pampers Club then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pampers Club not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pampers Club be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pampers Club not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pampers Club may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
