1. Web site's not much better, but I did at least get checkout to work.This app used to be good, especially when you got coupons every couple months by playing Treat Trail, now, I've done the exact same thing I always do and this time it does not show me or allow me access to my coupons! There was always 3, they use to be 15%, 20% and 25% off 1 item each, then they lowered them last couple times to 10%, 15% and 20%.

2. I have to give the app the lowest rating since I can't use it to order anything, which is the whole point of having a retail app.STILL cannot checkout even after latest update This app was fine up until a couple of months ago.

3. MCV does not load product images!!! Position markers and scroll arrows are there below plain white screen.

4. All of a sudden, their autoships not working, and I never even got a notification or email letting me know I was going to have to drive to the actual store to buy my stuff.The app is easy to use – better than some shopping apps.

5. Don't bother trying to use the search, apparently the app can't comprehend more than one word at a time, and sometimes it just plain comes up with unrelated results for searches I know they stock.

6. So much for being able to examine product details or read labels on boxes!! It should be a simple patch - make it do what it used to!!!Wow, when the reviews say "bad" they really mean it! At first it seemed like everything was going ok.

1. Fix PetSmart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PetSmart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PetSmart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PetSmart" » Open PetSmart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PetSmart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PetSmart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PetSmart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PetSmart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PetSmart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PetSmart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PetSmart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PetSmart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PetSmart not working

2. Fix PetSmart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PetSmart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PetSmart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PetSmart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
