1. Also some games "time clock" just starts going without you doing anything, so it's annoying if I look away for a few seconds and the game has already started.

2. If the app updates and starts working again I would see little issue, but this is a persistent problem and I personally haven't gotten a single prize entry since January this year.Sfx doesn't turn off, even with the manual switch, doesn't make a difference.

3. They start automatically, which is difficult when it pops up with the chance for doubling your chances to win the free item of the day the clock starts counting down and then you don't get enough time to do the mole mayhem the darts at the balloons, the disks at the circles.

4. Other than that I like the new games.When playing this game The game loads and that's is all.

9. Sometimes you can go weeks without a crash and other times it crashes after every single game and the phone says there's a bug in it get it updated by the developer.

10. Now the games are longer and more complicated with no difference in possible entries or tokens.

11. On the Skeeball game, I’ve had the ball going exactly where I want it to go, only for the app to glitch and the ball just disappears, no points.

1. Fix PCH+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PCH+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PCH+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PCH+" » Open PCH+ - Real Prizes, Fun Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PCH+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PCH+ - Real Prizes, Fun Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PCH+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PCH+ - Real Prizes, Fun Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PCH+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PCH+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PCH+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PCH+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PCH+ not working

2. Fix PCH+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PCH+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PCH+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PCH+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
