1. The app doesn't give options to extend time on cycle so it always feels like a waste of money if the dryer doesn't dry the load completely.
2. If you have a problem with a machine wasting your money (& it seems that at least half of the occupying buildings machines are always down) you have no choice but to email their garbage CS.
3. However, customer support is amazing! I had to pay two different times to get the dryer to turn on and it still would not turn on, and when I contacted support they immediately refunded the money for me so that I could switch dryers and try a different one.
4. One needs to be careful not sliding the bar accidentally before choosing the right amountBug in the app: I paid for one of the machines using quarters and it was occupied and running.
5. Was able to locate the machines, make the payment and get the second machine running quickly.This app has major bugs.

7. You do have the opportunity to play games to win credit but I'd rather have a working customer service!!Not sure how it would work in a big laundry facility, but it's a great solution for apartment complexes that usually has 5-6 each w/d.
8. Usually I notice the money hasn't been deducted from my account, so I just click Pay again and can then start the machine.
9. But despite my repeated refreshing of the list of available machines, that dryer was still not shown in the list.
10. I updated with the latest version and it still does not work properly.For the most part, it's okay (using a modern Samsung phone) and I would rate it a 3, but the app has ghost notifications that you can't get rid of.
11. I didn't have to depend on the internet to use the machines.I used it to pay for 8 minutes of dryer.
