Why should I report an Issue with Pawsh for pet groomers?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'll try again next year :/I've been traveling a couple cities and could of picked up some clients but haven't been able to sign on even with the correct pin number since Nov 22Absolutely no way for people with android phones to book using the app it's only for iPhone.I am really upset.

2. I keep getting clients from out of state and thinking that I do housecalls even though my profile states what state I live in and that I am home-based (groom from my home).Joined to get more clients, but it keeps pushing me to join a 3rd party payment that I never even heard of before.

7. This may be a hoax.There's no clients requesting in my area and I live in the Chicagoland area.

8. They work really hard to advertise in your area so that you get clients.

9. It's true, there is a 3rd party payment system, but I've got paid correctly and the next day with each transaction.

10. We don't need to work for the salon or other companies and get paid by hour or just 40% or 50% of the groom price.

11. Personally I don't feel comfortable giving my personal bank info and I don't feel comfortable with whoever is in charge of app insisting that I put that info out there.

1. Fix Pawsh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pawsh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pawsh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pawsh" » Open Pawsh for pet groomers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pawsh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pawsh for pet groomers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pawsh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pawsh for pet groomers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pawsh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pawsh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pawsh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pawsh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pawsh not working

2. Fix Pawsh Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pawsh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pawsh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pawsh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
