1. Luckily I also have an iPhone and the apl works perfectly or else I probably wouldn't be able to open the lockers AT ALL.Update: app totally unusable after update.

5. I no longer get notifications(even though they're set up to allow notifications), and every time I try to open the app it closes and I get the "app keeps stopping" system error popup.

6. It also doesn't do notification popups and doesn't connect at kiosk so I can open locker with phone.

7. Crashes when opening since the last update, it's been a little over a week and I can't use this app anymore.

8. Since the most recent app update, the app force shuts down every time I've tried to use it.

9. 2) their locker sizes aren't specified for carriers so they have to try and put the package in there, but you don't know how big it is until you open it.

10. I used to be able to open the app and get a button that says "open locker".

11. Now they are trying to make me add a payment method they will keep on file to handle "potential late fees"?! If I had to jump through this many hoops to make an account, I can only imagine what disputing a late fee will be like, and how many times I might need to.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Parcel Pending Issues

1. Fix Parcel Pending Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Parcel Pending: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Parcel Pending App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parcel Pending" » Open Parcel Pending » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parcel Pending » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Parcel Pending app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parcel Pending servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parcel Pending" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Parcel Pending app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parcel Pending might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Parcel Pending. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parcel Pending then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parcel Pending not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parcel Pending be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parcel Pending not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parcel Pending may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I keep receiving packages that ARE NOT MINE, THAT I DID NOT ORDER, that are LABELED FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S ADDRESS! That have SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME AND APARTMENT NUMBER LISTED!!!!!!!!!! I also DO NOT LIVE AT THIS ADDRESS ANYMORE. Your service SUCKS and you should feel bad. I genuinely feel scammed by you because I have been charged for packages that were NOT MINE!!!! I just got a notification for ANOTHER package that's been delivered to this address. I DON'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE, IT'S NOT MY PACKAGE, I'M NOT PAYING FOR IT AND I'M NOT PICKING IT UP. I expect any charges to be refunded IMMEDIATELY to my account.

We no longer live at the Orchards apt#345. We moved to our new home at 3217 Cape Cod Ct Arlington tx 76017 on December 24,2021. Please contact Orchards office Mgr Judy at 8174729556 to establish new tenant's account We are not responsible for packages delivered to #apt 345 after our move out date of 12/24/2021. Please cancel our account with Parcel pending immediately.
