Why should I report an Issue with Frydge - Search recipes with what you have?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Pander Studios to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. You can search recipes and even buy the ingredients with it.Excellent idea!!! You can select the recipe based on the ingredients you have available!Tried to edit the amount of an ingredient during my first time using the app and it crashed, now refuses to open.Nice app to learn recipes with great recipes list, simple and easy to use.

2. If user select 2-3 ingredients, please suggest the recepies that include those and can be made by adding 2-3 more ingredients.

3. So that user never get lost by adding so many unusual ingredients.

4. I know that is available in the list, but showing them directly on dashboard will be better.Has anyone involved in making this app ever cooked anything.

5. Useless with terrible recipes and not many options.

6. Instant uninstall.Very convenient recipe app.

7. The concept is literally good, but i have a major suggestion.

1. Fix Frydge Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Frydge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Frydge App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Frydge" » Open Frydge - Search recipes with what you have » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Frydge » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Frydge - Search recipes with what you have app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Frydge servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Frydge - Search recipes with what you have" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Frydge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Frydge might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Frydge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Frydge then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Frydge not working

2. Fix Frydge Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Frydge be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Frydge not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Frydge may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
