1. (Rating- Zero star)The app is fine with plenty of features, but I was at Big Bazaar the other day trying to charge the wallet, and the app kept closing with the message 'Future Pay has stopped.' Imagine if it happens exactly while recharging the wallet, or at the store's cash counter.

2. Also the price match feature isn't working, every time I scans the bill it gives an unexpected technical problem.

3. Tried explaining the situation to the customer care representative and the response is that I had to call them during the transaction and not later.

4. And when you want to try to contact customer care, it takes too much time to wait and connect.

5. Moreover when I tried contacting customer care services, I had to wait for 20 mins to get in contact with me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Future Pay Issues

1. Fix Future Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Future Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Future Pay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Future Pay" » Open Future Pay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Future Pay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Future Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Future Pay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Future Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Future Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Future Pay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Future Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Future Pay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Future Pay not working


2. Fix Future Pay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Future Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Future Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Future Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
