1. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to watch shows like Bubblegum, Iron Man, and the Recipe.Ever since I upgraded to premium I'm having issues with chromecast that I never had before.

2. Because of this, you have to turn the tab 90 degrees manually from portrait mode each time you want to choose a new video then rotate it back to watch in landscape.

FIX IT!The adds are too annoying, they stop every single 3 seconds, but the actual ep doesnt at all, and most times itll be more than half way over and itll restart the add, without atleast counting it as seen and cmom, one two minute adds with no skip button? Like, seriously? I kove korean dramas but mostly as soon as I click the first ep of anything, adds.

4. As for the free version, the video you watch times out or crashes if you are on a different screen for a short period of time.

5. I am done with this app and I will look for other apps instead.I am very disappointed in the fact that all the popular shows and dramas are now locked behind premium membership even though I had plus membership for the past 2-3 years.

8. But some other shows won't let me add to my favorites? When I tap on a certain show from the home page, it will just go straight to video.

9. I've tried to cast video on 4 different devices (Google Pixel 3, Samsung Galaxy S9+, Iphone 11 Pro, Ipad Pro 11".). All of them fail to cast video.

10. You have to completely close the app and relaunch which forces you to watch another set of super long ads again before you can get back to the show you were watching.I used this app to determine whether I would pay for the Plus or Premium subscription.

1. Fix OnDemandKorea Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OnDemandKorea: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OnDemandKorea App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OnDemandKorea" » Open OnDemandKorea » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OnDemandKorea » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OnDemandKorea app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OnDemandKorea servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OnDemandKorea" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OnDemandKorea app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OnDemandKorea might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OnDemandKorea. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OnDemandKorea then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OnDemandKorea not working

2. Fix OnDemandKorea Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OnDemandKorea be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OnDemandKorea not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OnDemandKorea may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
