1. Log into the app then log into the website, every time.... Just open chrome and login to blazernet.

2. I couldn't because this was the first issue I had with the app since I installed it over a year ago.Can not log in using the same log on and password for the blazernet on my laptop.

3. The abbreviation is used in student schedule not the building name.Will not let you login.

6. chrome will remember that you logged in 30 sec ago.I was happy with this app until it frozed up a couple of days ago.

1. Fix UAB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UAB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UAB App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UAB" » Open UAB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UAB » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UAB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UAB servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UAB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UAB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UAB might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UAB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UAB then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UAB not working

2. Fix UAB Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UAB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UAB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UAB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
