1. I guess, Y5 Chat is not very much what Some People like.(But,if they're ever wise,they should know that this may be life saving in times of need,and have one that works on standby!!!) Well,Money makes the World go round!!!We don't mind paying a bit 4 something that works!!!Try creating the Y5 Direct Video Call???I like the app but it doesn't send videos and when my friend is searching for me to chat I can't chat because he doesn't know know when to go on cause I don't like leave my phone on this app waiting for him to find me but it would be nice if it could send message but sorry for making it look like it is bad but it is actually goodI cant find out how to use people from my contacts or add a phone number.

2. Developer please,, this app would be more awesome if you can add a group feature.. Thanks..best app ever could you make it so it makes a noise when some one texts you thank you... also there are many other apps like this but they are terrible and dont work this app tops them all by alot i also love how you can use it upto a hundred metersBT Chat is fine.✌ Y5 Chat not working!!!Can't chat even after connection established!!!As far as I can remember, Y5 used to be able to establish links in the range of 500m at least.

3. False advertisement!! 😷😒😡😠Perfect offline app.. Works perfectly in Nigeria.. But it can only work within a hundred miters range.

4. It says that you can chat offline but that is not the case.

5. I would advise you not to download the appNot even offline! I had my friends phone on and right next to it.

6. It connected then when i took it offline and sent a message, there was an X my the message.

7. It's just like all other chatting apps , it either uses wi-fi or Bluetooth.

1. Fix Offline Chat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Offline Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Offline Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Offline Chat" » Open Offline Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Offline Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Offline Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Offline Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Offline Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Offline Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Offline Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Offline Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Offline Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Offline Chat not working

2. Fix Offline Chat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Offline Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Offline Chat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Offline Chat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
