1. :) :) :) Now a second generation has turned from extremely resistant to using the toilet to happy and excited when he has had success...the only things I would change would be you teach toddlers the proper names of their anatomical body part.Didn't work so I downloaded the girl version for my son also because I thought, what the heck.

Good app for piquing their curiosity about potty training!So so but needs more especially for $ maybe an activity?I bought this ap and it would not download for 2 wks (only have regular net at my home) finally traveled to a place with 4g, it downloaded!!This is a nice addition to the book, brings it to life.

3. All 4 of my children were potty trained in the mid 1990's with this social story coupled with the song and animated story telling of mom, dad, and siblings that were previously successfully trained.

1. Fix Once Upon a Potty Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Once Upon a Potty: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Once Upon a Potty App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Once Upon a Potty" » Open Once Upon a Potty: Boy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Once Upon a Potty » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Once Upon a Potty: Boy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Once Upon a Potty servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Once Upon a Potty: Boy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Once Upon a Potty app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Once Upon a Potty might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Once Upon a Potty. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Once Upon a Potty then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Once Upon a Potty not working
