Hope they can fix it because it's a waste of money in its current state.I can't get past a certain page I want my money back this is some bull the book is good but the quality is way off or should I say the app give me my money back so I can find my baby another book or fix it asapIt crashes before the end of the story.These books are great for young kids! My two year old is learning a lot about the potty and this book is helping her! Highly recommended.

Just wish there was more to do to learn when the story was through, like asking kids questions about the story to help memorize & stuff but we love itI can't say enough great things about this app My little one LOVES Mercer Mayor and we are in the process of potty training so when we have a particularly good potty day we like to read (or have read to her) this story :-D.

3. I'm not sure how this has helped anyone's child become potty trained.The read to me features are great for starting this readersI grew up on Little Critter books & passed them down to my daughter, she is 3.

4. The only thing I would change is make it so the kids cant exit the app easily in autoplay mode.My 3 year old doesn't care for it, all it is is one story and that's it.

5. She's loves them so I was pleasantly surprised to find there was a reading app for them &many other great book series.

6. It seems all my books by Ocean house media now crash during loading.

7. Their recent update to make their app more compatible (their words not mine) has made it less so (for me).

1. Fix The New Potty Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The New Potty: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The New Potty App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The New Potty" » Open The New Potty - Little Critter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The New Potty » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The New Potty - Little Critter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The New Potty servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The New Potty - Little Critter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The New Potty app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The New Potty might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The New Potty. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The New Potty then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The New Potty not working

2. Fix The New Potty Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The New Potty be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The New Potty not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The New Potty may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
