1. I'll probably pay only because of Google rewards surveys.I bought and paid for this app a few years back and LOVED it but all of a sudden I'm being told I have to pay for a subscription because mine expired... No thanks.

2. However I bought what my understanding was a one-time, i.e lifetime subscription in 2013, in other responses they've lied claiming it's always been a yearly .99 cents subscription.

11. Really enjoy the app and definitely worth the $.99 a year, but I would think you would honor the lifetime subscriptions from the people that subscribed back when that was the option.

1. Fix CCW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CCW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CCW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CCW" » Open CCW – Concealed Carry 50 State » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CCW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CCW – Concealed Carry 50 State app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CCW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CCW – Concealed Carry 50 State" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CCW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CCW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CCW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CCW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CCW not working

2. Fix CCW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CCW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CCW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CCW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
