1. I have removed the app and reinstalled and tried on different devices and still no access to the so called hundreds of pre loaded designs!I've installed O2Nails - Nail Art Fashion to understand better how it works coz I'm considering to buy O2 Nails printer machine.

2. Other than that, it works great.First of all this printer WAS awesome!!!BUT NOW IT SUCKS!!! YOU CAN NO LONGER ACCESS THE PERSONAL PHOTO GALLERY ON YOUR PHONE.

3. I assume an update ruined the app making my machine uselessVery Disappointed, No assistance/reply to my request for help, No access to free gallery, app only has 8 pre loaded designs available.

4. The issue that I have is that when I print onto the test sticker it prints beautiful, but when printing onto the nail, the ink fades and pools distorting the picture.When I first got this machine in September 2018 it was great.

5. Why? I could understand access to storage if it's able to get pictures on my gallery to print.

6. I have done everything I can think of and still no access to gallery to print personal pictures.

7. I have watched every tutorial on how to access the gallery and they are all incorrect as I do not have the option on the app as described in the tutorials.

8. I recently got a new phone and I now can't access my phone gallery.

9. Unfortunately I had to uninstall it right away coz the app first asks for access to make phone calls.

10. But it shouldn't need access to make phone calls.Horrible, nightmare.

11. I SEE OTHER PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME COMPLAINT!!!For some reason the app doesnt connect to gallery anymore and the permission option is gone.

1. Fix O2NAILS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart O2NAILS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the O2NAILS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "O2NAILS" » Open O2NAILS - Nail Art Fashion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for O2NAILS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear O2NAILS - Nail Art Fashion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from O2NAILS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "O2NAILS - Nail Art Fashion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check O2NAILS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, O2NAILS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall O2NAILS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall O2NAILS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing O2NAILS not working

2. Fix O2NAILS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make O2NAILS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to O2NAILS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, O2NAILS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
