Itd be no problem if it was every once and a while, but currently its nearly every ad that crashes like this, it makes it hard to gather chamsims for my favorite group's upcoming comeback.The ads keep having playback issues and it won't give me my hearts //Update: The latest version hasn't fixed anything at all.//Let me just edit to explain the ad situation, it doesn't just say there's no ads available and try again, no it throws a screen full of code at me and when I press the X button it closes and does not give any hearts or stars.

3. The app itself functions I am always logged into my account , it stays on for however long i use even during high volume voting times.Decent app that lets you work for great rewards, however with the new "Roulette Wheel" it takes FOREVER to collect hearts and stars.

1. Restart IDOLCHAMP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IDOLCHAMP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IDOLCHAMP" » Open IDOLCHAMP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IDOLCHAMP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IDOLCHAMP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IDOLCHAMP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IDOLCHAMP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IDOLCHAMP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IDOLCHAMP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IDOLCHAMP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IDOLCHAMP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IDOLCHAMP not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IDOLCHAMP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
