Why should I report an Issue with Nware?

I wish having a place in app to share some feedbacks about the mobile experienceit have many glitches it can't connect to my stream even tho I wanted to use Minecraft launcher but it didn't workWhen i press play game it says preparing session then it shows a empty screen with a go back buttonI'm experiencing some problems with gamepad, because, I connect my gamepad, but when I try to use the gamepad it won't work, doesn't do anything, same with my keyboard, none of them work.

Games run fine for me, I just have ping issues because there's no Oceania region servers as of yet.Everytime i click play it shows a black screen with "go back" button at the center, can't experience it and compare to it GeForce Now which i will stick to for now.Won't even open anything, just closes when I try to open session, it just says "go back".I've tested before and what I have to say is that now the experience is so much better.

3. All so Epic and Gog launcher unsupported on Nvidia Sheild Pro 2019, which runs Android 11.Best game selection out of all the cloud providers I've tried.

4. Both Ni No Kuni II and Remaster Crysis, input lag was horrible both games and frame rate even on lowest graphics settings was well below 30 fps.

5. Tested both games with Xbox 1 controller and my Red Dragon keyboard and mouse.

6. How ever after getting paid account activated I tested two games.

7. It's not perfect, but just an example of how I'm liking it, I've cancelled my geforce now to stick with Nware.

8. I would like a solution or an explanation why this happens :(Chromebooks don't have access to this app, even the personal chromebooks.

9. Reached out to support and problem got resolved about 5 days later.

10. This is due to the idea of it being on the mobile OS devices.

1. Fix Nware Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nware: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nware App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nware" » Open Nware » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nware » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nware app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nware servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nware" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nware app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nware might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nware. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nware then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nware not working

2. Fix Nware Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nware be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nware not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nware may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
