Why should I report an Issue with NRSV: Audio Bible for Everyone?

Highly recommend.The app and audiobook functionality with additional resources was quite useful, however, without the Hebrew Bible Apocrypha from the Septuagint (the complete NRSV), I cannot recommend the app—in particular as a study resource as it leaves out Catholics, Orthodox churches, and those of us whom hold a broader view of scriptural tradition.

2. If it is possible please provide auto scroll feature for the Bible text.Please allow the downloaded audio 1.8.gb to be stored on SD card.

3. Recent update has allowed for seamless playing, and saves In app where you are up to ! Genuinely amazing app and I would say the best bible app out there.Audio will not download.

4. When I go back to it a few minutes later, bar is gone and download button is back.Terrible! No audio controls, the audio tries to install multiple times, and no index.

5. Also, NRSV-UE is set release November 18th, 2021.Brilliant narration! The narration is the best I've heard - By far the Best NRSV Audio you can get :) Such a resource.

6. Also really wish there was speed control e.g. playing audio at 2× speed so I could read quicker.

1. Fix NRSV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NRSV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NRSV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NRSV" » Open NRSV: Audio Bible for Everyone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NRSV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NRSV: Audio Bible for Everyone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NRSV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NRSV: Audio Bible for Everyone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NRSV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NRSV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NRSV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NRSV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NRSV not working

2. Fix NRSV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NRSV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NRSV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NRSV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
