Hats Off🌼good but u need to add the default main android 'Gallery' app in the list of avail choices to pick the photo u wish 2 edit rt at 1st? thats not in my choices only google drive, Images, Downloads is in the list so i cant find the photo i want i would think thats REALLY CRUCIAL at 1st to be able 2 find which photo i wanna edit wouldnt it or am i supposed 2 know another way if yes could ya email me how? if ya do ill modify my star rating accordingly sry if i missed something here...txThis app has always worked but for some reason now it says "failed to load image" when I try uploading something.

ThanksIt degrades the quality of the photoand it exports photos in lesser bit-rate also you can't cut the photo in 4:5(vertical) ratio but only in 1:1(square) ratio.Fast, easy and can adjust your picture to fit in.100% recommended this app.had try few app before,some need pay in twice and some complicated,wasting time.It's actually working but when you save the pictures like grid.

3. There's a 4 grids but it has watermark so that u need to pay to remove the watermark.Lovely app for panorama grid or square.

1. Fix Coolgram Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coolgram: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coolgram App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coolgram" » Open Coolgram - Panorama, grid and » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coolgram » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Coolgram - Panorama, grid and app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coolgram servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coolgram - Panorama, grid and " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Coolgram app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coolgram might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Coolgram. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coolgram then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coolgram not working

2. Fix Coolgram Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coolgram be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coolgram not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coolgram may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
