1. Setplex is the software development entity that has developed the NoraGO app which is built to be a media player for providers to offer their content to their end users.

2. The NoraGO app is an application that requires access from your service provider to view their content.

3. After logging in with the correct credentials provided by your provider you will be able to view their content.

4. Once you install the app you will be prompted with a login screen to enter your provider code, username and password (which is provided by your provider).

5. The NoraGO app does not have any content such as live channels, movies or radios.

1. 5 star all day and tomorrow too.Very good app to watch movies web series and live tv .Interface is also friendly .Only complaint is if they can add an option to search for particular movie or web series and add all the episodes of webseries in one folder than that would vastly improve the overall experience.I've had this app with my Fire stick for a year and it's been amazing.

2. The search feature under movies does not include a space to separate words.Good but could use some work Some of the channels don't work.

3. To fix the no video input issue and if that screen does pop up just have it restart the service automatically instead of having to press the play button repeatedly.

4. Only beef is the movies section doesn't offer subtitles for shows and movies which sucks especially if a character starts speaking in another language.

11. First off, the app will not allow you to stream content via your mobile data which is a bummer considering its a "mobile" app.

1. Fix NoraGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NoraGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NoraGO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NoraGO" » Open NoraGO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NoraGO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NoraGO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NoraGO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NoraGO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NoraGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NoraGO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NoraGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NoraGO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NoraGO not working

2. Fix NoraGO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NoraGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NoraGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NoraGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
