Nookazon Customer Insights

1. ive found that often the app will just disable them on it's own at times, if you redownload or have a malfunction clicking on something.The app is fairly good, it's generally quite busy and the community is quite friendly and patient! There are of course a list of issues, including lag and a whole list of bugs.

2. The ads take up more than half the screen, the ads cover the menu needed to navigate the app, they pop up right when your scrolling or trying to click ads meaning you click the ad instead, and the large ads that take up half the screen are playing videos.

3. I get the need for ads, but they often expand without warning, and I end up having to close an unwanted landing page to get back to what I was doing.Although I believe it's better than mobile browser, I do wish the notification system worked better.

4. I'm trying to get back into nookazon, but it's hard when I don't even know when I receive any offers.App doesn't give me notifications and is EXTREMELY slow.

5. keep it goin!! + update, notifications have been a little bit wishy-washy.

6. When you go into the "see offers menu" an ad will cover up the button and send you to some website you weren't interested in going to.

7. When you finally get to the "see offers" page, and try clicking your recent offer, ANOTHER ad will come up right where you clicked and force you to see.😡Super helpful.

8. I can't find a way to get *audible* notifications when people try to contact me, which has caused me to lose out on some trades.

9. Navigation is very clunky and requires a lot of back-browsing when I want to return to an original listing from a potential buyer/seller page.

10. The app also keeps changing my status to "online" when I am busy/offline, making it look to others like I am be "unresponsive." It also keeps freezing and not letting me send messages.

11. It crashed the app more than once while i was trying to scroll.this is an amazing app! a great way to meet so many lovely people.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nookazon Issues

1. Fix Nookazon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nookazon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nookazon App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nookazon" » Open Nookazon » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nookazon » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nookazon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nookazon servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nookazon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nookazon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nookazon might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nookazon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nookazon then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nookazon not working


2. Fix Nookazon Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nookazon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nookazon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nookazon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am having trouble logging into my account. It's saying my email address and password are incorrect which is not true . I have had to reset password 8+ times to access account on Nookazon but it goes threw my email only then I can not do anything on app. No reviews, change status only trade. Also if I close email app also closes and I have to do everything all over again. It doesn't keep me logged in. I worked very hard to have my status on Nookazon and would like this fix asap. I am currently have issues and I want to have it fixed. Thank you
