- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "9ANIME" » Open 9ANIME » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 9ANIME » click "UPDATE".
- Clear 9ANIME app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 9ANIME servers.

Hi, a few months ago I bought the subscription for 9anime for 10 dollars and everything was working fine. But today I tried watching one of my anime’s and it isn’t working. It redirects me to another website that says I have to buy the anime again.
