- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "9ANIME" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check 9ANIME app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 9ANIME might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall 9ANIME. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 9ANIME then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 9ANIME not working

- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 9ANIME be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 9ANIME not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 9ANIME may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, a few months ago I bought the subscription for 9anime for 10 dollars and everything was working fine. But today I tried watching one of my anime’s and it isn’t working. It redirects me to another website that says I have to buy the anime again.
