Boston Herald E-Edition Customer Insights

1. If not fixed soon, my subscription will be canceled. This app used to work fine, but somewhere in January or early February, the Herald changed something and now the app no longer recognizes my subscrber login credentials, bumping me back to the login page every time I try to input them.

2. Every morning, the app notifies that a new Herald edition is available, but now I get an error every morning when I attempt to follow the notification. The new app is terrible.

3. Difficult to move around, very difficult to print a section of the paper and it doesn't work on the Fire tablet.

4. Now instead of opening the app and reading the latest edition, each day you are required to take 4 actions to read the paper.

5. Now that the Herald requires a paid subscription, the e-edition app no longer works on my Android tablet.

6. Not sure if this is an input error, or an app error, but overall working better now.Constantly comes up "No internet connection Try to refresh".

7. I can open the downloaded paper but it wants Internet access to open articles.

8. Additionally, the interface for reading the paper isn't as good as the previous one.Very, very frustrating.

9. Other than that I enjoy reading it every morning. In general, it's good.

10. However, there are frequently typos, capital letters in the middle of words, and partial words that appear in the middle of other words.

11. Hopefully this flight has free WiFi...Since the new update I haven't been able to login.
