Thank you so much.I've been using this app on my Samsung Galaxy A50 and many times the app is causing issues with other apps and is also resulting in higher battery drain and possibly, slower charging on my phone.Possibly it's a software problem with the app....So I request NDTV to urge them to look in the matter as soon as possible...On all other accounts, this app is excellent....it provides you with in-depth reviews, know-how etc of various gadgets which I really like....Previous UI was better.

2. Needs a dark mode and the news feed needs to be the main screen of the app Edit 1: Your new app is trash, clicking on one notification opens a completely different article than the one for which notification has been received.

3. It's happening with every news notification which i recieve.I like using this app a lot for all Technology and Gadget updates however, after the last update and the refreshed notification views, something seems to be broken.

4. But now if someone wants to read technology news related to mobile, then his experience is very useless, as well as now such feature has been removed, under which we used to easily find the phone from low price to high price.

5. My phone has tendency to clear notifications so I have installed a notification log app.I was using that app to read every single notification but I have to close and reopen the app to every time to make a search that is annoying me very much.

6. I get a notification for a particular article/news, but when I click on it, the app opens up some other article for an earlier random notification.

7. Here is my feedback.There is no option in settings where I can turn of or on notifications (as I keep getting unsolicited notifications) secondly , there's no option for choosing smart phone type.

9. Please Note: There is no issue with internet connectivity on my device.Three year old version of this technology app was very best, its features were also amazing.

1. Fix Gadgets 360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gadgets 360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gadgets 360 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gadgets 360" » Open Gadgets 360 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gadgets 360 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gadgets 360 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gadgets 360 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gadgets 360" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gadgets 360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gadgets 360 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gadgets 360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gadgets 360 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gadgets 360 not working

2. Fix Gadgets 360 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gadgets 360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gadgets 360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gadgets 360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
